BEFORE + AFTER
See What Measured Correction Can Change.
Under inspection lighting, the finish showed widespread wash marring and fine defects that muted the metallic clarity. Paint Correction reduced the visible defects and restored a cleaner, more defined finish while keeping preservation of the paint at the center of the process.
Actual VDS Paint Correction work. The objective is meaningful, safe defect reduction rather than removing paint simply to pursue a headline correction percentage.

These clips show the working process behind the result: controlled machine correction, panel-by-panel inspection and refinement rather than a one-size-fits-all polishing pass.

THE VDS APPROACH
Defect Reduction With Paint Preservation in Mind.
Correction is not measured by a promised percentage of defects removed. It is measured by whether the improvement is meaningful, safe and appropriate for the finish.
Inspect
Identify the defects that materially affect clarity and appearance.
Correct
Use the least aggressive process capable of producing the desired improvement.
Preserve
Leave defects that should not be chased if removal would sacrifice unnecessary paint.
REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS
Not Every Defect Should Be Removed.
Some scratches may be too deep, some panels may already have limited material available, and some defects may be more safely improved than eliminated. VDS will recommend the level of correction that makes sense for the vehicle rather than pursuing perfection at any cost.
CORRECTION VS. OTHER OPTIONS
Use the Right Level of Intervention.
If the finish primarily needs gloss and light refinement, Paint Enhancement may be enough. If the concern is isolated to one scratch, panel, etching mark or B-pillar, Targeted Paint Restoration may be more appropriate.
